Geico only accepts cancellations by phone. The phone line is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The steps are listed below as well as on their website:
- Call (800) 841-1587
- If triggered by the Interactive Voice Action (IVR) system, state “Cancel insurance policy” and then “Auto” and after that, provide your Geico plan account number or policy number.
- The system will transfer your call to a certified insurance agent.
